During peak seasons, holidays, or for made-to-order pieces, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Address Accuracy

Signature Requirement
For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, our courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. It is your responsibility to arrange for receipt of the package.

Undeliverable Packages & Refused Shipments
If a package is returned to us because the recipient was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, refused the shipment, or provided an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. If you wish to have the order resent, additional shipping charges will apply. Refunds for refused shipments may be subject to deduction of original and return shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages

Pre-order and made-to-order pieces are subject to the same shipping terms as in-stock items once they are ready for dispatch.
